At Taihiki Orchards we sell only the finest export quality figs. As a family owned business we work hard to make sure only the best figs come from our orchard to you. We have a few types of figs that we produce including Adriatic, Brown Turkey and Genoa.

The Adriatic fig is the most prolific of all the varieties, bright green with a yellow tinge. The fruit is medium to large, and the pulp is strawberry red in colour, when ripe this fruit is sweet to eat.

Brown Turkey has brown /purple tinged skin with white flesh. The fruit is medium to large.

Genoa is medium sized, skin is greenish yellow to white and the flesh is yellow-amber in colour. Genoa figs are sweet, good fresh or dried.

We also produce Brown Turkey and Genoa Figs, Brown Turkey is brown skin with white flesh.
The fruit is medium to large, with a reddish-brown skin tinged with purple. The pulp
is reddish-pink and of good quality and Genoa is Medium sized, skin is greenish yellow
to white and the flesh is yellow-amber in colour. Genoa figs are sweet, good fresh or dried.
